Refund Policy

Refund Policy is between you (the ‘customer’) and CoolStuffHD Future (also known as ‘CSHD’) and herein terms you accept by processing an order with us, and acceptance of the agreements of the website.

WRONG ADDRESS - Orders tagged for return to sender due to wrong address will be destroyed by courier or charge taxes/duties/shipping fees to return to CSHD facility.  To cover fees which may incur, if a similar replacement is not available, CSHD will refund as store credit up to 50% of the inventory purchase.  If a replacement is available, a new order will be ordered with no additional cost to fulfill you the replacement.

PRIVACY POLICY - All personal information CSHD collects is in accordance to our privacy policy, and not shared to any third party.

NO RESALE – CSHD products are for consumer use only, and have right to refuse any orders suspect for resale.

QUALITY ASSURANCE – Any product returned for quality related issues, please email us first through https://www.coolstuffhd.com/pages/contact-us portal to directly work with you on resolution.  Documentation would be needed to assess quality issues.

OTHER TERMS - For Free Offer/Giveaways, such as “Free + Shipping” offers, those orders must be cancelled within the same day before 11:59pm local PST time, and are non-refundable once shipped.

All Print on Demand, custom designed products (such as watches, wallet cases, totes) are printed upon demand, and are not refundable once order has been processed.

Authorized returns with a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) number are eligible for returns processing, subject to aforementioned conditions.   You are responsible for paying delivery cost to CSHD.  If receiving a refund, the costs of return shipping will be deducted from refund value.

The time to process and fulfill an exchange varies depends on where you live.

For items shipping back, you are encouraged to provide trackable shipping service and if substantial in value, purchasing shipping insurance.  Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive returned item.
